Prayer for vocations
Ongoing prayer
Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Father, who ever come to dwell among us, make us live according to your sentiments, so that our communities and our homes may be capable of an authentic and warm welcome. May the young people who meet us feel that they are loved, and may the desire to seek the meaning of their own life — which is revealed in their vocation — be set free within them. Pour into the hearts of all the baptised the will to give their lives in the priestly ministry, in consecrated life, in marriage and in the lay life lived in the world, so that the Church, which is your home and ours, may shine with the beauty of every vocation. Amen.
