Art & spirituality
The chapel paintings, the history of the Jesuits in Cluj, and the hall paintings — the art of the Manresa Spiritual Center.

Paintings in the chapel
The chapel is the heart of the Manresa Spiritual Center, serving as the place where the sacraments of the Church are celebrated, particularly the Holy Liturgy, in both rites, as reflected in its design. The four frescoes symbolically depict the Stages or Weeks of the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises, while the medallions reflect the Eucharistic mystery in the lives of the Jesuit saints.

The history of the Jesuits in Cluj
From the arrival of the Jesuits in 1579 and the founding of the college in 1581 to today's Manresa Spiritual Center — a history of the Society of Jesus in Cluj.

Paintings in the hall
Five frescoes in the hall of the Manresa Center, illustrating key moments of the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises.

SJ Panels — The Society Today
Six panels presenting the Society of Jesus today: its founder, the province the Jesuits of Romania belong to, the Order's leadership, the Jesuit saints, the mission, and the four universal apostolic preferences.
